Common Mail Office
The Common Mail Office is responsible for:
- recording, distributing and filing all regular official mail for the Department;
- to record, distribute and file all the ordinary official mail that the Ministry sends to its correspondents inside and outside the country;
- overseeing the management of documentation;
- to ensure the proper preservation of the archives.
The Head of the Mail and Documentation Office is appointed by order of the Minister from among government employees in the B hierarchy or equivalent.
